Welcome to PDForge. By purchasing or using our desktop application and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, PDForge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the PDForge application on your personal or business computer.

• Single-User License: A purchased license code is intended for use by a single user on one primary device at any given time.
• Commercial Use: License keys may be used for personal, freelance, and standard corporate or business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the PDForge application.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense your license key or software binaries to third parties.
• Circumvent or bypass licensing locks or verification controls.

3. Payments & Renewals

All prices listed on the checkout pages are subject to your selected license term (e.g. 1-Year, 2-Year, or Lifetime). Term licenses must be renewed to maintain access to app functionality after their expiry date.

4. Limitation of Liability

PDForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall NexForge Labs or its developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software (including data loss or file corruption).

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts located in India.
